SOLARI SEEKS THREE-PEAT WHILE WEEKLY RACING ROLLS THROUGH STOCKTON

STOCKTON, Calif. – The Stockton 99 Speedway to showcase a full slate of weekly racing on Saturday, featuring the only Stockton Late Model show in August.


After three-straight Stockton Late Models events, the historic quarter-mile speedway hosts the division on August 2 for the final time until September. Also, Nor Cal Mini Stocks, Legends of 99, Pure Stocks, Grand American Modifieds and Fast Kar Solutions Mini Modifieds will battle.


Escalon’s Sammy Solari leads the way in the Stockton Late Model standings after the fifth race of the season. The Firecracker 90 winner of Solari looks to complete a three-peat on Saturday.


Ethan Rumsey built up an advantage over fellow Stockton native Natalie Harper in the Nor Cal Mini Stock title fight on July 19. Rumsey won after Rocklin’s John Sproule failed inspection.


The Legends of 99 saw Stockton’s Kayci Phillips take the top spot in points from Highlandville, Missouri’s Justin Gantt. Phillips was third behind defending winner Wyatt Sansom of Linden.


The 2025 Pure Stock season dominance belongs to Donnie Darter of Valley Springs. Darter collected five trophies in six races whilst fighting mechanical trouble in the past two events.


Stars of the Grand American Modified series return to Stockton for their third race of 2025. Tracy native Scott Winters has 108 points, sitting three ahead of Sacramento’s Calvin Hegje.


The battle for the Fast Kar Solutions Mini Modified championship shifted after the most recent race. Patrick Geiger of Fresno missed July 19, sacrificing a 38-point lead over his competitors.


Pit gates open for drivers and crew members at 3 p.m. and admission gates open to the public at 5 p.m. The evening’s opening ceremonies start at 7 p.m. with racing to follow.


Adult tickets can be purchased for $20 while ages 11-15, seniors and military members with ID can get tickets for $15. The Stockton 99 Speedway is also offering a Family 4 Pack for $55.
